RARE EARTH: Search Minerals, USA Rare Earth sign MOU for offtake agreement
Search Minerals and USA Rare Earth say they have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding for an offtake agreement from future production at Search sites in eastern Canada, Kallanish reports.
Under the agreement, USA Rare Earth would take up to 500 tonnes/year of neodymium-praseodymium from Search’s Deep Fox or Foxtrot deposits in Labrador. The parties say they will continue to conduct due diligence before signing a definitive agreement to proceed. T…
