Riversgold sells nickel, cobalt rights over Kurnalpi
Australian miner Riversgold has struck a deal to sell its nickel and cobalt rights over Kurnalpi located at Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, to UK-based miner New Generation Minerals (NGM), Kallanish learns.
Under an MOU announced by Riversgold, the parties agreed that NGM will have the right to acquire the nickel and cobalt rights over a package of Rivergold’s Kurnalpi tenements in exchange for cash and shares in NGM.
