Rivian starts paperwork for IPO
US electric vehicle start-up Rivian has started proceedings for a proposed public listing, after months of rumours about an initial public offering (IPO), Kallanish reports.
The company said last Friday it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to the floating of its common stock.
