Russia continues to increases EV sales, outlook positive
Russian domestic sales of electric vehicles (EVs) increased in January-September, despite a big fall in the Russian car market, according to data from the Russian analytical agency Autostat.
Sales of new electric cars were up by 30.4% on-year to 1,804 units, Kallanish notes. In September alone, Russians purchased 209 new EVs, which is 29.8% more than a year ago.
