Russia to create new test facility for the certification of EVs
The Russian government has decided to finance the creation of a new test facility for the certification of electric vehicles (EVs).
The subsidy from the state will amount to RUB 1.5 billion ($25 million), Kallanish notes. Financing is planned for 2022 and 2023, and the complex itself must be ready and put into operation no later than 31 December, 2024.
