Russian EV sales increase despite Russian-Ukrainian war
Russian domestic sales of electric vehicles (EVs) continued to increase in January-March, according to data from the Russian analytical agency Autostat monitored by Kallanish.
Sales of new electric vehicles increased to 827 units, which is 2.6 times more than in January-March of last year. In March alone, Russians purchased 262 new EVs, which is 2.1 times more than in March 2021.
