SAIC-VW's NEV project starts in Changsha
SAIC Volkswagen has officially revealed that it has invested about CNY 8 billion ($1.25 billion) to build a new energy vehicle battery workshop at its plant in Changsha, Hunan Province, and upgrade the existing production line to meet the production of subsequent proprietary MEB platform models.
