Qinghai Salt Lake Industry starts 40,000 t/y lithium salt project
Shenzhen-listed Qinghai Salt Lake Industry has started the 40,000 tonnes/year basic lithium salt integrated project in Chaerhan Lake, China’s largest salt lake.
The CNY 7.10 billion ($996.18 million) project consists of capacity to produce 20,000 t/y of battery-grade lithium carbonate and 20,000 t/y of lithium chloride, Kallanish learns.
