Shanghai court approves Weltmeister reorganisation plans
Bankrupted Chinese electric vehicle company Weltmeister says its reorganisation plan has been approved by a Shanghai court, indicating the company still has “potential,” Kallanish learns.
In a post on Weibo on 3 January, Weltmeister announced that the Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People’s Court accepted its application from pre-reorganisation to reorganisation and sent the civil ruling document to Weltmeister on 2 January.
