SK On, Ford finalise $7.7 billion US battery JV
South Korean battery manufacturer SK On and US carmaker Ford have finalised their BlueOval SK joint venture, temporarily headquartered in Georgia, Kallanish reports.
The 50-50 JV will build three battery production plants in the US with a total capacity of 129 gigawatt-hours.
