Stainless adds to 2023 nickel demand, pricing suffers: Eramet
The recovery of the stainless steel industry should accelerate demand for nickel in 2023 with a consequent increasing output, particularly in Indonesia. However, the average prices of raw materials such as nickel and manganese are declining this year, French miner Eramet says in its 2022 earnings report monitored by Kallanish.
