Stellantis, Foxconn to form semiconductor JV in the Netherlands
European carmaker Stellantis and Taiwanese technology manufacturer Foxconn will establish a 50-50 joint venture in the Netherlands to provide semiconductors to the automotive industry.
The so-called SiliconAuto JV will develop and sell a family of semiconductors to be sold to Stellantis, Foxconn and third parties, Kallanish learns from Stellantis on Tuesday.
