Stellantis partners with Samsung SDI for American gigafactory
Stellantis has invited battery producer Samsung SDI to become a third partner in its new joint venture for a battery cells and modules plant in North America. The automaker announced earlier this month it entered into a partnership with LG Energy Solution to build the gigafactory (see Kallanish 18 October).
