Stellantis tests wireless motorway charging
Automaker Stellantis is testing wireless induction charging at its new “Arena of the Future,” a 1,050-metre circuit off of the A35 motorway.
The arena was built near the Chiari Ovest exit by Stellantis in partnership with the motorway and “other international partners, public institutions and universities,” including ABB.
It is energised with 1 megawatt, Kallanish understands.
