Sunwoda invests in Fuqi Mining to strengthen its supply chain
Chinese battery manufacturer Sunwoda Electronic announced via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange it plans to increase investment in Guizhou Chanhen Chemical Corporation’s subsidiary Fuqi Mining, Kallanish notes.
Under the capital increase agreement signed by the related parties, Sunwoda will invest CNY 365 million ($50.16m) in the mining company. Of that, about CNY 1.01m will be recorded as registered capital and about CNY 363.99 will be recorded as capital reserve…
