Svolt Energy submits prospectus for Shanghai IPO
Chinese leading power battery company Svolt Energy has submitted its request to be listed via the Shanghai Stock Exchange. It intends to raise about CNY 15 billion ($209.37 million) by issuing 25% of its total shares.
