Syrah inks new offtake agreements for its Balama natural graphite
Australia-listed natural graphite producer Syrah Resources announced Thursday binding offtake agreements for its Balama graphite with Graphex and Westwater, Kallanish reports.
The undisclosed, “multi-year” deals will see Syrah supplying graphite from its operation in Mozambique to the US active anode material (AAM) supply chain from 2024. The offtakes were agreed on market-based pricing mechanisms, Syrah says without elaborating.
