Technip Energies, John Cockerill form new green H2 company
Paris-based Technip Energies and Belgian electrolyser manufacturer John Cockerill have formed a new company focusing on green hydrogen and power-to-X (P2X) solutions, Kallanish reports.
The new Brussels-headquartered company, Rely, will be 60%-owned by Technip and 40%-owned by John Cockerill. The joint venture comes in response to the “urgent” need for scaling up green hydrogen and P2X solutions to decarbonise hard-to-abate sectors, the companies said …
