Tesla joins Uber’s Clean Air scheme in London
Tesla is joining Uber’s Clean Air scheme from 3 November, enabling Uber drivers in London to buy or lease a fully-electric car with subsidies from the company.
A typical driver will have around £3,500-4,000 ($4,781-5,464) available to put toward making the switch, according to an Uber spokesman. This will come from the £135 million the company has raised since starting the scheme in 2019.
