Tianqi Lithium to build 30,000 t/y lithium hydroxide plant in Zhangjiagang
Tianqi Lithium’s board of directors have approved plans to construct a 30,000 tonnes/year battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate project in China’s Jiangsu Province, Kallanish learns.
The company will now sign an investment agreement with the management committee of Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone. Tianqi Lithium’s Suzhou-based new energy material subsidiary will be responsible for the implementation of this project.
