UK shelves plans for hydrogen home heating trial
The UK government has shelved plans for a large trial to use hydrogen to heat homes until at least 2026, Kallanish learns.
The “hydrogen town” pilot, for which a location hadn’t been decided, was planned to heat up to 10,000 homes using hydrogen instead of fossil fuels.
