UK SPAC to acquire Canada's Ilios Hydrogen for £33m
Pineapple Power Corporation, a UK-based special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), has entered into a non-binding heads of terms agreement with Canada’s Ilios Hydrogen to acquire for £33 million ($40.5m).
