US agency designates Nevada widlflower as endangered species
The US Fish and Wildlife Service has confirmed a rare Nevada wildflower, near a planned lithium-boron mine, is now officially a federally endangered plant and 910 acres of critical habitat are being set aside for it, Kallanish reports.
