US shoots for zero GHG aviation by 2050
The US is aiming for net-zero greenhouse gas aviation travel by 2050, according to US Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.
The announcement was made this week at the COP26 conference in Glasgow, Kallanish reports. Secretary Buttigieg calls the plan “ambitious yet achievable.”
