Volkswagen to launch two BEVs in Brazil amid €1 billion market push
Volkswagen said Tuesday it plans to launch its all-electric vehicles (BEV) ID.4 and ID. Buzz models in the Brazilian market by year-end as subscriptions, Kallanish reports.
The German carmaker expects its EV as subscriptions business to grow by around 150% in 2023 to 7,500. The strategy, part of an offensive to celebrate its 70th anniversary of operations in Brazil, includes the introduction of hybrid electric vehicles in the medium term.
