Volvo Cars maintains EV market share as overall sales, profit shrink in Q1
Volvo Cars has maintained the share of EVs in its Q1 2022 sales compared to the previous quarter, with sales of BEVs increasing and PHEVs declining, Kallanish reports.
The Swedish company said its Recharge line-up accounted for 34% in the first three months of the year, of which 8% were BEVs and 26% were PHEVs. Some 49,800 EVs were sold in the period, of which 11,700 were pure electric.
