Volvo, Daimler Truck create fuel-cells joint venture
Sweden’s Volvo Group is acquiring a 50% stake in Daimler Truck Fuel Cell to form a joint venture aimed at becoming a “leading global manufacturer of fuel cells,” Kallanish learns from the companies.
