Automaker Volkswagen China and Shanghai-listed manufacturer Huayou Cobalt's Huayou Recycling Industry Group have jointly released an energy storage system based on VW's retired ternary power batteries, Kallanish learns from Chinese state-owned media cqn.com.
According to their plan, the energy storage system launched will be firstly adopted by Huayou Cobalt's factories and will gradually be used by VW's production bases in China in the future…
