VW Group doubles EVs sales in Q1
Volkswagen Group said on Thursday its “e-offensive” continued to gain momentum in the first quarter of the year, with sales of electric vehicles more than doubling during the period, Kallanish reports.
According to the company’s Q1 financial report, deliveries of electrified models across the group’s brands rose to 133,300 vehicles. Of that, 59,948 were fully electric vehicles (BEVs) and 73,374 were plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs).…
