Widgie Nickel reports 75% upgrade in Gillett resources
Australian miner Widgie Nickel has seen a substantial increase in resources at its Gillett nickel deposit located south of Widgiemooltha, Western Australia, Kallanish learns.
The total resource for Gillett now stands at 3.14 million tonnes at 1.30% nickel for 40,770 nickel tonnes, the company said Monday. The figures represent a 75% increase in total contained nickel, compared to the 2023 mineral resource estimate (MRE).
