XPeng completes 1st round acquisition of Didi's smart EV unit
Chinese electric vehicle company XPeng has recently completed the first-round transaction for the acquisition of Didi’s smart EV assets, Kallanish learns.
The share purchase agreement with the online hailing taxi platform was announced in August. The deal is estimated at HKD 5.83 billion ($747.44 million), of which HKD 3.7 billion correspond to the first-round share transaction.
