XPeng completes 1st round acquisition of Didi's smart EV unit

Chinese electric vehicle company XPeng has recently completed the first-round transaction for the acquisition of Didi’s smart EV assets, Kallanish learns.  The share purchase agreement with the online hailing taxi platform was announced in August.
