Italian flats output plummets in 2019
Italian flat products output plummeted year-on-year in December, according to data released by local steelmakers' association Federacciai, monitored by Kallanish.
Last month flats output decreased by as much as -35.8% to 577,000 tonnes. In full-year 2019 flats output fell by -4.8% compared to 2018, reaching 10.6 million tonnes.
