Hoa Phat increases HRC production in February
Vietnamese steelmaker Hoa Phat Group increased its hot-rolled coil supply to the market in February. It also delivered the first export cargo to Italy late last month.
The steelmaker sold around 240,000 tonnes of HRC in February, up by 5% on-month and 36% on-year, Kallanish notes. It delivered 35,000t HRC at Hoa Phat Dung Quat port to its partner to be shipped to Italy.
