Ilva/ArcelorMittal deal finally moves ahead
The acquisition of Ilva by the ArcelorMittal group can go ahead as planned if the Luxembourg-based company improves its environmental and labour plan for the troubled Italian steelmaker. This is according to a statement by the local minister for economic development Luigi Di Maio.
