Klesch Group finalises acquisition of Leali Steel
Swiss-based Klesch Group has completed the acquisition of Italy’s Leali Steel, Kallanish learns from sources close to the deal. The purchase has been agreed five months before the 30 September deadline for completion of the acquisition, a process begun in June 2013.
