Liepajas seeks October rebar mill relaunch after strong August output
KVV Liepajas Metalurgs (KVVLM) produced 25,000-27,000 tonnes of rebar in August, exceeding its target by 5%. Rebar mill output thus stabilised for the first time since it resumed in February after a two-year hiatus, the Latvian steelmaker says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
