Lucchini extends bid submission deadline for Vertek
The deadline for the submission of a binding offer for Lucchini’s troubled Vertek plant in Condove has been extended to 30 July, Kallanish learns from the company. The bar and wire rod mill is the last of Lucchini’s units to secure a new owner.
The plant is equipped with two coil-to-bar drawing machines, a bar-to-bar drawing machine, three peeling machines, two grinding lines, two quenching lines, and two cutting lines.
