Russia's NLMK longs unit changes ownership: reports
NLMK Group has completed the sale of NLMK-Kaluga and Vtorchermet NLMK to Promsort, a company associated with Evgeniy Zubitsky, the owner of Industrial Metallurgical Holding (IMH), reports Interfax.
The transaction was officially registered on 6 September, the news agency reports, citing Russia's state register of legal entities. Promsort is 50% owned by Zubitsky, 1% by Metizy Tula-Stal, and 49% by Sortoprokat-Center, according to the same register.
