Acciaierie Venete to restart former Leali Steel next week
Italy's Acciaierie Venete is set to restart production at the former special steelmaker Leali Steel next week, Kallanish learns from sources.
An annual lease for the steelmaking mill in Borgo Valsugana and rolling plant in Odolo was taken up by Acciaierie Venete during the summer, following a long process of negotiation. At the end of the lease the company wil have pre-emptive right to acquire the assets.
