Ahmed Ezz buys rival El-Garhy’s Ezz Steel shares
Egyptian businessman Ahmed Ezz has bought El Garhy Steel Group founder Jamal El-Garhy's shares in Ezz Steel for EGP 324 million ($10.5m) at an average price of EGP 80 per share. Ezz thus increased his stake by 0.7% to 66.4%, while Jamal El-Garhy's fell from 5.93% to 5.2%.
