AMKR selects Sinosteel to supply pellet plant
ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (AMKR) has contracted China’s Sinosteel to supply the equipment for its new iron ore pelletising plant, the Ukrainian steelmaker says.
The firm said in July it had found the plant supplier without naming it (see Kallanish passim). Investments in the project will exceed $250 million, with construction scheduled to be completed by end-2023.
