ArcelorMittal, Greenko renewables partnership to supply AMNS India
ArcelorMittal has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Greenko Group to develop a 975MW renewable energy project in Andhra Pradesh, India. The project cost is estimated to be around $0.6 billion and commissioning is scheduled in mid-2024.
The project will be owned and funded by ArcelorMittal, whereas Greenko will design, construct and operate the renewable energy facilities in Andhra Pradesh.
