Angang, Bengang cut flats offers in December
In the face of generally weak expectations and prices hovering at a low level in recent weeks, Anshan Iron & Steel (Angang) and Benxi Iron & Steel (Bengang) also lowered their December quotes for flat steel products, Kallanish notes.
Angang cut offers for all flat steel except colour-coated steel and thick plate by CNY 300/tonne ($47/t), while offers for the other two products are unchanged and down CNY 200/t respectively.
