Anglo American reduces Brazilian iron ore production guidance
UK-headquartered miner Anglo American has revised down its expectations for iron ore production in Brazil over the next two years, the company says in its latest investors’ presentation monitored by Kallanish.
The miner’s Brazilian unit production should amount to 24 million tonnes (wet basis) in 2023, which is the higher limit for this year’s iron ore outlook. The lower limit stood at 22mt.
