Anyang city carries out steel capacity audit
Anyang city in China’s Henan province has recently reassessed its total steel capacity as being 26 million tonnes/year, which accounts for more than 61% of total provincial capacity, according to the local authorities. There are around 17 steel producers and processors, 700 steel brokers and more than 80,000 industrial employees in the city, Kallanish notes.
