Aperam decreases November alloy surcharges

French stainless steel producer Aperam is decreasing its November alloy surcharges for its austenitic range of flat stainless steels for Europe. 304 is the grade that is falling the least, by some €60/tonne ($63) on-month, while other grades are going down more steeply due to raw materials fluctuations, Kallanish notes.
