Canada ferrous metal product prices increase in April
Prices for primary ferrous metal products in Canada were higher in April, Kallanish learns from the latest data gathered by Statistics Canada.
According to Statistics Canada's industrial producer price index, monthly pricing for primary ferrous metal products was up 0.40% month-on-month, with a reading of 146.2 points. That level was down 2.1% year-on-year. This follows a downwardly revised March reading from 146.7 to 145.6.
