ArcelorMittal further reduces stake in Erdemir
ArcelorMittal has sold more of its indirect shares and voting rights in Turkish integrated steelmaker Erdemir for a nominal amount of TRY 6.8 million ($358,460), says Erdemir in a bourse filing seen by Kallanish.
The previous sale of shares for a nominal amount of TRY 186,075 ($9,908) was realised in early January.
Following the sale, ArcelorMittal’s stake in Erdemir has fallen to 4.88% from 9.55% previously.
