ArcelorMittal reduces stake in Erdemir
ArcelorMittal has sold some of its indirect shares and voting rights in Turkish integrated steel mill Erdemir for a nominal amount of TRY 186,075 ($9,908), says Erdemir in a bourse filing seen by Kallanish.
Following the sale, ArcelorMittal’s stake in Erdemir has fallen to 9.55% with a nominal total of TRY 3,341,924.88 ($177,951), from 12.08% previously.
