Ardea, Sumitomo, Mitsubishi form JV to develop Kalgoorlie
Australian miner Ardea Resources and Japanese miners Sumitomo Metal Mining (SMM) and Mitsubishi have decided to form a joint venture to develop the Kalgoorlie Nickel Project (KNP) - Goongarrie Hub in Western Australia, Kallanish notes.
Ardea says in a statement that the incorporated joint venture vehicle will be Kalgoorlie Nickel, which is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Ardea.
